Jill is the People and Operations Manager at Founder’s CPA as of February 2021. Joining the firm in the Fall of 2019 as an Operations Specialist, she brings almost a decade of prior experience as an educator in the Chicago Public School system and as a freelance UX researcher. Currently, she focuses on hiring, people operations, and internal systems for the firm.
When not working, you will find Jill spending time with her two daughters, reading, exploring the city, and planning their next trip!
